What is a NUMUN heat pack
A simple, natural and beautiful heat pack
Warm it up or cool it down, place it where you need it and let it do its work. No plugs, no batteries.
Olive pits
A natural, fine-grained filling from olive mills that keeps the heat for 20 to 40 minutes.
Hot and cold
Into the microwave for heat. Into the freezer, inside its zip bag, for cold.
With or without lavender
Natural Spanish lavender, highly aromatic, for a soft, relaxing scent. Or an unscented version for those who prefer something neutral.
Removable cover
Take off the cover and wash it
The outer cover comes off in seconds. Machine wash it on a delicate cycle and put it back on. The inner pack never gets wet, so the filling stays in perfect condition.

The version with natural Spanish lavender releases an intense, relaxing scent when warmed. The unscented version is ideal for people who are sensitive to smells.

How to use it

At medium power for 1 or 2 minutes. Check the temperature and repeat until it feels right: every microwave is different.
